Commercial Awareness Training

This seminar is intended to update your contract and financial management knowledge of running commercial subcontracts and assists in the prevention of unnecessary disputes of the contract.

If you have done it before, it’s good to update yourself, but if you are a subcontractor with no experience of the relevant legislation, it’s an opportunity to learn the structure of contracts and particularly application and payment for works done on a construction subcontract.

The seminar will also include an introduction to a unique DIY dispute resolution process using bespoke software so that low value disputes can be economically referred by the party themselves.

Whether you're a seasoned contractor or new to the trade, there will be something of value for everyone.

As part of the course, there will be free giveaways and document templates to help you in 2021 and beyond!
